Pawai dimulai pagi pukul 09:00 wib sampai pukul 11:00 wib.
Star awal pawai dari depan Taman Terbuka Hijau Kota agung dan berakhir finish di Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika & Komputer (STMIK) pekon terbaya kec.kota agung pusat kab.tanggamus
Turut hadir dalam acara pawai budaya tersebut
Asisten III bidang administrasi Drs H. firman rani
Wakapolres kompol Andik Purnomo Sigit, S.H, SIK, M.M
Ketua TP PKK kabupaten Tanggamus Ibu Hartati Zainal Abidin,SP.MM.
Serta kepala SKPD terkait.
Acara pawai budaya tersebut di ikuti dari 20 kecamatan yg ada di Kab.Tanggamus
Yg melibatkan dari tingkat TK,SD,SMP,SMA/SMK dan seluruh elemen masyarkat tanggamus.
Hadiah yg disediakan untuk juara 1(Rp.2.500.000), Juara 2 (Rp.2.000.000), Juara 3 (Rp.1.500.000) serta tropi.
“Tujuan dari diadakan acara pawai budaya ini merupakan bagian dari memperingati hari kemerdekaan RI di tanggamus dan untuk mengenang jasa para pahlawan kita.
Dan saya berharap kegiatan ini terus berlanjut setiap tahun dilakukan, karena bagaiamanapun juga ini bagian dari misi kita untuk mempererat sinergi pembangunan antara Pemerintah dan Masyarakat” ujar Pj.Bupati tanggamus Ir. Zainal Abidin, MT
Pawai budaya tersebut berlangsung sangat meriah dan berjalan lancar serta aman hingga peserta dan masyarakat dan panitia meninggalkan taman Terbuka Hijau Kota agung
